Just a quick word about the important subject of copyright.
All the designs on this web site are the intellectual property of Gekko Timbers or its associates. The purchaser of any of our patterns is granted the right to reproduce finished woodwork as defined by said patterns.
As the maker you have a moral, and in some countries, a legal obligation to acknowledge the designer whose name is indicated on the pattern. This fact should be marked on each piece of finished work.
Gekko Timbers also grants you the right to sell this finished woodwork for pin money. (After all timber, blades, sandpaper, etc all cost money and its good to get something back to help with these costs.)
However, if you set up a workshop and start producing our designs in bulk then you are abusing our intellectual property rights and our lawyers will be talking to your lawyers. Nuff said.
